Larry Turner, Pacifica's newest team member, joins us after twenty years at the helm of Vision Capital Corporation, a San Diego based, middle market commercial finance company.

Larry is a seasoned executive, producer and entrepreneur with a strong track record of success at every level in equipment leasing, commercial finance and asset-based lending. Larry will be focused on new business development and brings a deep portfolio of long-term client relationships and institutional investors to the Pacifica team.

Born and raised in San Diego, Larry makes his home in Vista with his wife, Mary Lou, and their adopted Aussie/Malamute, Brandi.

I am truly excited to be part of the Pacifica Capital team after having to compete against them for many years and losing too many deals along the way! I have always admired Bette and her crew’s reputation in the national marketplace and I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of Pacifica in the coming years.

I began my career in commercial finance with American States Leasing in 1975 and co-founded Vision Capital Corporation in 1989. I really enjoy marketing financial services to growing businesses while building long-term relationships based on mutual trust and benefits. I believe that every transaction closed and funded can and should be a “win-win” value proposition.

My time away from work is filled with dining and entertainment with my lovely wife, Mary Lou, cycling (road & mountain), men’s ministry work with my church and family gatherings for food, laughter and love!
